What they don't tell you... but a bigger issue than 'farm experience'...is 'cash register experience'. The managers are always pulling people from other stocking or back room jobs to man a register... if you can do that.... show them you can count, make change, run the credit card swip, you are heads and shoulders above any one else. Knowledge of what's on the shelves is second to getting the line at the register from walking out peed off...
