I have a chance to get a windmill on a 30 ft tower. Here"s my problem....is it the same thing to weld the anchor posts on the tower and then hire a crane to drop into the holes and cement and backfill in; or, cement anchor posts in first, and then weld or bolt in to tower. For me to measure where the anchors should go to line up with the tower legs would be a challenge (always out an inch or two). I think it has three legs and the holes would be four feet deep and 18" wide. THANKS. I"m trying to get on a windmill site but haven"t heard back from the registration process.
