This is my son's shop and as you can see the roof is in badly in need of attention. I was wondering what the best approach would be. Open to ideas, would like to do it right and have it last a while. There is only one small leak in the lower left hand corner. I haven't checked it yet but I think it is just a nail loose or something simple.
The sides are chalky wondering about them also but the goal is to get the roof done soon.
I wanted to add, the building is about 30 years old.
