A First Sergeant is the most honorable and respected position in the army. He comes in contact with so many solders and during his tenure shall may serve many commanders and be loyal and support them although they lack the experience and leadership skills he may have. He never lets the soldiers know the weakness and lack of judgment of the company commander . Sorry, I was not of the right material to become one although I did my assignment well as a Company Clerk.
