Got a call from a buddy of mine awhile ago. His son was working on a well rig, out West somewhere (can't remember exactly where) when there was an accient. He didn't say exactly what had happened, but the result was that the boy somehow inhaled a large amout of hydrogen sulfide gas. He said when he got the call they told him that his son was basically brain dead from the damage done by the gas. My buddy and his wife were flying out ASAP to get things in order.
I knew he had a son from his previous wife but had never met the boy. He said he was 25, and would have had his 26th birthday on the 23 of this month.
I know my buddy and his wife are both good, Christian folks, so any and all prayers for them, and the rest of their family, would be greatly appreciated.
