When I was a kid, a local merchant was involved in an accident in town. He was turning into his driveway to go home for lunch, when an out-of-state driver coming the opposite direction hit his car.
"I've been turning here and coming home for lunch every day for 38 years," he said. "Everybody should know that by now."
