If you're are selling property you will love the lower prices here as opposed to CA. Get away from the city's and the countryside is nice. Taxes lower, no income tax , and far less useless regulations. Sure it's hot in the summer but everything is a/c equipped except outdoors. I live in SE TX, moved to TX in 1967, couldn't get me out of here with dynamite.

While I love straightening sheet metal, cleaning, and painting old tractors, I use every excuse to avoid working on the on the electrics. I find the whole process sheer mystery.
