Trouble includes those members of congress now running for cover after voting for this 2,700 page law that they did not and could not have possibly read after it was first released from committee to them to read at 4 AM on Thursday December 22, 2009 before they voted in a floor vote just slightly more than 2 days later on the afternoon of Saturday December 24, 2009 (Christmas Eve) while people were too busy readying for Christmas to have noticed.
