I remember a few of them as a kid, when I did a tour in Greece (Air Force) in the late 80's the Hellenic Air Force had quite a few like that Semi tractors and Busses. Later found out that Chrysler had sold/leased tooling to a European firm to make them and they remained in production a while after Chrysler quit making them. Don't know that I call it rare, unusual maybe and if it's rare only because most of them have died. By the way there is an old Dodge Air Force semi tractor setting in a yard on US 41 just North of Oconto Wisconsin.
