Thanks for all the advice folks, I thought the warranty was out on the battery that I had (Wal-Mart battery) so I was prepared to purchase a new one but happen to see the date sticker on the battery and was just a couple of days out of the 3 year replacement and it was also a prorated battery which I found out that very few batteries are prorated any more after the free replacement warranty that's it, after all was said and done I got a nice credit towards a new battery, but I am going to put a disconnect on it.
