Hi ,
Does anyone know of any good BBQ dipping sauce recipes ? Anyone want to share any ? I'm not talking about the tomato / molasses based bbq recipes that you brush over the meat . I'm talking about the sauce that you can get in the little plastic cup on the side with your meal ( around here anyway )that are mild or hot . I got a bbq pork shoulder plate the other day with two sides . There was no sauce on the meat, just spices and grilled . The sauce appears to be oil or vinegar based with spices and stuff added for flavor and heat . It is brownish red in color . Does anyone know the correct term for this stuff ?I call it bbq dipping sauces . Or any good recipes for it that you will share for it ? Or know of any recipe sites for it ? I can handle the grilling just need a good recipe for the sauce to go with it .
Thank you , Whizkid
P.S. If anyone has by any chance a good tomato or molasses based bbq sauce recipe that they'd share I'm interested in that too.

After a few paragraphs I usually close the book and go back to banging out dents. A good friend and I were recently discussing our tractor electrical systems when he stated "I figure it all comes back to applying Ohms Law". At this point
