If the plant wasn't mature, and was still green and growing, as in late planted corn, then the freezing will kill the plant and stop growth and start the dry down process.
I dont think corn that has frozen that way drys down right anyway.
But, once they plant is killed, then it will eventually dry down. But you will need some sunny days with no rain, and lower humidity.
If you can get it through the machine, you may just have to take your lumps and bring it in.
Corn that wet will not shell good, especially corn that didn't mature and dry properly. The cob is "rubbery" and the kernals dont want to turn loose.
