Here is a hard one. I need a good solid ball park figure, to pay for a 1951 Super C Farm All tractor. It has not run for 2- 5 years. I"m told the starter is froze up....not sure I understand just what that is. It is complete, seems to be all original. Four cylinder gas...tri-cycle front end. I live in Northern Nevada, Elko County. Needs a real good paint job. Might take some effort to get it running. All the tin is in good shape. Tires are fair. Can any one help me. If need be, I can provide more detail. Thanks.
