I did have a neighbor call my parents' house when I had been there with them for a couple of hours and the neighbor had my parent's phone number come up on their caller ID but it was a telemarketer/scammer that made the call.
The neighbor just was curious as to why the number was wrong and was not aware that if you have the right program you can make a call and have someone else's number show on the caller ID.
