The problem seems to be common with 05 Dodge Caravan. There is supposed to be a fix available at the dealers for this specific problem. Also, some have disconnected the battery for 5 minutes to reset the computer and solved the problem. Google 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan door locks not working and you'll find a lot of info.
