Here in Montana you would be looking at $25 to $35 per foot but we need steel casing down a minimum of 25 feet (by law) and sometimes as far as 600 feet. That is the $35 part. Open hole with plastic liner (PVC) is the lower end price. It can vary widely because I have talked to drillers from other parts of the country who can drill 1000 feet in a day. My record is about 300 in a day, normal is more like 150.
