jjojj, True full, big cab, 4 big doors Like heavy halfs, 3/4 & 1Ts are Crew Cabs & Mega Cab, Super crew Sometimes called Double cabs. these are the true Crew Cabs in the original meaning. Extended cabs (GM), Super cabs (Ford), Club Cab (Dodge) are all the Cab&1/2s, whether they are the old original 2 door,3 door or 2 big door/2little door design. Over the years the cab terminology has gotten convaluded to some degree. Some folks do call the Cab &1/2 design with 4 doors, 2 big 2 smaller even if they open from the outside Cab & 1/2s. or double cabs. I have seen some salesman call extended cabs with 4 outside opening doors,... double cabs. Hope this helps! Later, John A.
