Wife acquired a Woods zero-turn mower with a Kubota three cylinder diesel engine, from her dad"s estate.. Nice unit - cuts my grass in half the time. But then a 61 inch deck covers a lot of area. Also came with a snow blower and a cab. What I"m concerned about is starting the thing in cold weather. The engine seemed rather cold blooded last fall. Started, but not with enthusiasm, now we"re in the teens and single digits. Is there any provision for pre-heating the engine? I"m thinking a block heater, but don"t see a plug or freeze plug to put it in. This is a 3 cylinder, approx 20hp, liquid cooled Kubota. Probably a million of them in many different machines. Sorry, I don"t have model number a hand.
