Well, the sandbox seems to carry the most weight. We bought this place in 1977 and next spring had a well drilled. I went to the local concrete place to get some sand for the slab to put the pump house on. I had bought an old 57 Ford half ton and had new radials on it, equal to today's 2:35x15s. The man at the scale said he had three mixer trucks that he needed to load out, If I wanted to wait he would weight me a half ton or the boy on the loader could guess at it and I could pay and be on my way. OK, so we guessed at it, and it made the back end of the little truck squat, big time! I have no idea how much weight I had on it, but needless to say, I didn't need power steering driving home! And as the others said, driving home slooowly.
