On the subject of houses, the few times I had the "opportunity" it was summer and the thought of having your privates exposed to anything that may have built a nest under the seat was somewhat unnerving. We do have a lot of those down here and usually have a nasty disposition. And then there are the spider concerns which are plentiful also.
One thing that comes to mind is the problem as mentioned in northern states with temperature extremes. Hats off to our pioneers.
