My wife's nephew just got home from training in the Navy and camde to see me today. I'm the only one he knows with a truck big enough to pull a car hauler, to load up his fire bird w/ blown engine and get it home.
Asked if I'd let him and his gf's step dad take it. I shot that down really quick, but I said if he paid the gas I'd offer to drive w/him down there myself, get a Uhaul car hauler down there, and drive back. I've got a few things to check over yet on my truck, but I don't have any doubts it'll get us there & back. Probably won't have any time to stop near anyone as it'll be a weekend run, but if I do I'll try to holler.
Looks like we'll be doing it probably in a month or 2, depending on how my schedual works out.
