Lots of possibilities. You need a vet to be as certain as possible. We have a 13 year old Brittany Spaniel that took to not eating about 2 years ago. She was getting weaker by the day. Vet ran test's and found it to be Canine Addisons Disease. A shot every 30 days, and she's as healthy as ever. It took about 3 days after the first shot and she was back to normal. (Shot sets us back $86 a month) She's the smartest dog I've ever been around and a great pet. One of the family. She watches over our grand kids when they're here. I'd do just about anything to keep her healthy.
