Then there are the ones that you know are just flat out lying to you. We got our Blue Cross cards in the mail Saturday,so the wife called the agent yesterday that we had our old insurance with and told him we were cancelling. The lying S.O.B. started right in with some BS about "why didn't you call me first? I could have gotten you" this credit and that credit and gotten your premium down to $800 and some odd change a year! Yea right! When I called the actual company to tell them not to bill the bank anymore for the auto payment out of my checking account,they told me that an add on policy that he'd told me was disability was actually a whole life life insurance policy.
