Ok, here goes.
The live pump on mine pulls from a fitting drilled into the bottom of the belly pump. It then runs from the pump to the valves and then dumps back in the fill point of the belly pump. I have a loader and two remotes on mine, so I need more juice. Mine has an additional hose that comes out of one of the right side port holes on the belly pump and runs to a tank mounted on the left frame rail. It pulls fluid from that tank as needed. I have more than enough capacity for the things I do with that tractor.
However, if I had it to do all over again I would abandon the belly pump completely. It only holds a gallon and a half. I would mount one of those rectangular steel tanks on the right rail by the pump, run a line to the pump, from the pump to the valves and from the valves back to the tank.
Remember you need a full loop as your valves will be two way and your belly pump isn't (set up stock).
