Like Delta said, get a big enough cheater and something will give. Might soak them first with penetrating oil (WD 40 is not penetrating oil!)Be sure to use a quality 6 point socket, preferably impact rated.
If one rounds off, you'll have to split the nut. Use whatever means is easiest, grind or drill to weaken it, then split it with a chisel.
