The stables I deal with or know about in this area... charge 330-350 per month for a stall, a bale of hay per day, a couple pounds of oats... they clean the stalls, look after turn out, etc. Vet bills, farrier, etc are the responsibility of the owner. Most in this area also have indoor arena's in addition to outdoor rings. There's some that rent stalls/supply hay for mabey 250 per month but the owners do all the work... and there's other variations on the first deal as well.... that most often do NOT work out. I would say if you're going to board horses, board them and CHARGE for it. Otherwise you'll be doing the work and not getting paid for it.
