Not all bankrupcys are what they seem. we had a handwritting expert in front of a judge willing to testify and 2 witness this was an effort by the bank to take my farm and give it to a neighbor . the stuff that went on was unbelivable . The judge decided the forgery wasnt brought to him in a timely maner and the affidavets were not written correctly . my lawyer got fired and her boss became a judge in a neighboring county.we also had to sign a paper saying we wouldnt sue the bank because they didnt do anything wrong. bankrupcy was the only option left he earned his money. how far behind were we ? This was a fha guarnteed loan the banker had 2 loans going money was being directed to one creating the other to be short that plus the use of a copy machine. they could have sold the farm for around 500 its close to 8000 now. sorry if i ramble on but i cant help wonder how much better life i could have had if it wasnt for somebodys greed and yes the lawyers made good money i had to pay for both lawyers.i know people use bankrupcy as a dodge but i am not one of them. i paid all my bills and the banks for trying to run me out of here
