You will be very happy with US military arctic packs. (Mickey Mouse Boots) They come in black to about 30 below rating. or white to far colder. You will not get cold feet! You will have good comfort! You will not get wet from the outside! If you wear them all day you might sweat in your socks, but they will be toasty. I wear them routinely and never have a cold foot ever. (far below Zero here in mid state MN these days) I have sorrels- and moon boots, and four other off brand sorrel wannabees, but they just get soggy felt and cold. They stay in the basement for visitors that have a need but no option for Mickies. Price at surplus stores here are 45 to 50 for black, and 55 to 75 for white. These are used prices for fine usable boots. New are probably 20 more. (no need they do not wear out) Mine are 9 years old and look new. Jim
