Just offer him whatever it was worth to you. I never accept anything when I plow my neighbors out. But I do appreciate it when they at least offer. But I do figure they put up with a little smell now and then from my cattle or a little dust when I work a dry Field. I just figure it as PR on my part and trying to keep the neighbors happy and to get along. I do know this. I have burnt allot more fuel this winter than I normally do plowing snow. Not to mention the hours and wear I've put on my blower tractor.
