Two things. They tried to slow down traffic at a local town intersection, so they placed a 'mini-roundabout' there. It wasn't two days that some guy with a semi came through it and had to make a left turn. He ran over the big sign that said "Caution- Roundabout" that the county planted in the middle of the stupid thing.
Second, a buddy's kid was telling all of his buddies at school that if a stop sign had a white band around the outside edge, you didn't have to stop to make a right turn. I don't know how many times he got beat up for that one.....
