It still looks like a Jeep Grand Cherokee WK, its not a KIA. Someone mentioned something about diesels, well this Jeep could have a diesel in it, and the 3.0L CRD engine option has the highest towing rating of available engines on this Jeep.

A 2006 Jeep GC weighs around 4600 LBS, and its highest towing capacity is only 7400 LBS, or 7200 LBS for the Hemi. So the Jeep weighs around 62% of its maximum rated towing capacity. Still wouldn't use the Jeep for this though.
A new Ram 3500 weighs somewhere around 8000-8500 LBS and has tow ratings up to 30,000 LBS. So the Ram weighs in around 28% of its maximum rated towing capacity.
