The first thing you have to do in any case of a report like this is know the context, who produced the film, when and where it was taken and what other agenda driven reporting is going on in the background. It may be a clear case of animal abuse by morons, or it may be yet another "Tawana Brawly" incident. The news media forms all our opinions these days and any thinking person can understand the power and money behind having the legitimacy of a news report backing their claims. I do not support animal abuse but I also understand the agenda driven reporting that's rampant these days. IOW, it may be genuine abuse or it may be another attempt to shock people into action based on manufactured evidence.
