Does it protect aluminum and aluminum alloys from the effects of Ethanol? I have heard that water will only corrode to a point because after the initial contact it prevents further attack. Ethanol supposedly does not form a protective barrier and continues to corrode.
I have seen older snowmobiles and older ATV's develop what looks to be an acid attack in the float bowl. I suspect this to be the effect of ethanol fuel. I have also seen steel fuel tanks rust after the equipment has set for a while. Does your product protect against this?
