Saw you were working on a 580b couple days ago; so, thought you might could give some advice. I'm in serious looking stage for a hoe to use around the farm. Found a 580b open station with little over 3100hrs, good tires and sheetmetal with fair paint, clean engine and overall, most cylinders rebuilt and kits for the others onhand. I'm planning to go look at it Sat morning.
Anything I should look for in particular other than oil condition, slop in pins etc, overall power, condition of hoses, etc? Guy's asking 5K, if all checks out as advertised, is that in the ballpark?
