I know who he is, but there's way too much fun reading these posts and those that think he's the one mentioned by the OP to reveal who he is. Perhaps he's deep undercover here at YT looking for 10008# loads to nail some interstate commerce hoodlums and wants you all to test all of your road flares to proove they're functional?
