If you're going to use it as a tractor you'll want a governor. As for where to get one it all depends on how fancy you want to get. I'm sure there have been 350 Chevies used in all kinds of industrial applications some of them probably had some pretty neat set ups for a governor, others probably used a basic V-belt driven governor. If you're really hi-tech and you're using a newer engine with fuel injection and distributorless ignition you could probably use an electronic governor and adjust your engine speed with a rheostat. Another idea might be to scrap the 350 and look for a Chevy 292 straight 6 from a combine, it'd have the governor you need and it would be a better tractor engine
