Looking at a MnD.O.T. concrete mix design I have here on my desk as an example, for a 3300 psi bridge mix it calls for 533 lbs of portland/yard. Looking at about 56.00 a yard for just the cement. If your aggregate source is extremely cheap I"d consider it but that first $56.00 and hassle factor about kills it for me.
