JDSeller, not one company is higher price in parts than the other. I used to believe this too. I have learned there is NO consistency in parts pricing. I have a few examples, many standard bearings with lock collars are cheaper through AGCO and are a better quality than CNH, also the CNH bearings come separate from the lock collar and still cost more. Sometimes the bearing will be half the price from CNH. Another one of my favorites is I sell A-C light switches to IH guys. The Agco switch is $29, last time I checked the part from CIH was over $50. The difference between the two? The knob. THERE IS NO CONSISTANCY I PARTS PRICEING!
Also, sometime parts personnel do screw up! They are only human. But for some reason we are given very high expectations to never ever ever do something wrong. It can be a very unforgiving job.
