I watched a couple old Mosin-Nagants in rough condition bring over $700 each when the auctioneer called them "deer rifles" (back when you could buy warranteed ones for $70). Usually the cheaper the gun the more over true value it brings. 20-30 year old shotguns you can buy new for $200-$250 will bring that or more.
