1. You should not be driving a tractor while drunk; if not for your own saftey, for others.
2. 83 year old woman could get in an accident in those two blocks and then the cop has to perform CPR on her due to her injuries from not wearing the seat belt, or he has to deliver the death message to her husband, or the taxpayers have to pay for her emergency room visit because she has no insurance.
3. Maybe the guy that hit the dog was speeding, making it his fault, maybe the dog hitter was drunk or had a warrant out for his arrest, maybe he was in a dispute with someone and deliberatly ran over the dog, maybe he fled the scene and was arrested for faulure to leave information at the scene of an accident.
4. One should not drive golf carts drunk for the obvious saftey reasons.
5. Groups of people out drinking and driving often get into trouble.
6. Maybe the fire situation was extreme, maybe the fire was not attended, maybe it was a no burning area.
7. The flags may be required because somone actually did hit a moving building.
8. Maybe you should be more introspecitve before you open your mouth.
