I cannot stress this enough. I am not an organic farmer. I am a farmer using conventional methods. I use the sprays, the fertilizers, and the seed. I do not know what to think of it all though. I don't trust it. We simply don't know. I don't doubt that GMO corn can raise great cattle. I just wonder if it could have an effect on you if you eat it for 25 years. I have seen him on here before blasting the organic guys, both the producers and the buyers.(consumers). He defends GMO crops and conventional methods. I'm not attacking them, I'm just saying that as of right now, we(as a society) don't have the data to prove it one way or another. So in the mean time, I have trouble understanding why a person is a bad person for not trusting GMO/wanting organic foods. There have been posts before regarding GMO labeling for the end consumer. He was so up in arms about that it's not even funny. It had nothing to do with the logistics of it all. He simply didn't think people should know, because GMO's are perfectly safe. More like he thinks it might hurt sales of products made with GMO crops and GMO fed meats. Do consumers not deserve to know what they're eating?
