A; friend of mine who lives three hours away from me needs help with his Farmall A. He was plowing snow and the tractor just died on him about a month ago. He's been a missionary in Africa for the last 35 years and hasn't been around tractors much. We have been emailing back and forth but getting nowhere. He did take the valve cover off and found a pushrod out of place. Now he tells me no compression, I think he adjusted the valves on the exhaust stroke instead of the compression stroke.. The question is, does anyone live near Savannah NY who would be willing to take a look at it and give him a little guidance? If you could, email me at msandlw@hotmail.com.
