I agree, I just don't understand the priorities in Law Enforcement anymore, its usually politics from above,
not the cop, shoot, illegal for us startin this year to leave your hitch on, unless trailer attached to it. Yep, gotta pull the pin and grab the tongue n ball, else your breakin the law.
My guess is some politician was at the state fair and bumped his knee on one, or his kid did, so now...go figure
