Any sign shop with a vinyl plotter can cut then for you. Then you can weed out the letters and use the outside for a paint mask or just use the inside as a stick on decal. You will have to bring an example. It does not have to be sized .They can resize with the computer the plotter is connected to. Often with several colors you will need several masks cut if you want to paint the graphics on. You also need something called transfer paper to control the mask [like holding the centers of letters like A and O in place while you set the vinyl where it goes.
