Around here guys are operating a 150 thousand dollar investment (dump truck) for a day that after fuel and driver are paid they have about 300 hundred dollars left. That is just not a lot to pay for insurance, up keep and return on investment. Many went broke during the fall of the housing industry but several still holding on and I do not see how.
