Doc, On the 25th of the month prepaid is prepaid via a credit card automatically. Both prepaid phones still have a balance of 400 minutes. We have a 500 minute plan, call anywhere in US, free text and free pics.
It's a verizon problem with calling one particular number. Found a different AHC number. Phone works like it should.
