I consider them to be very well constructed. We did have a couple miscommunications on a few things which is to be expected. They were very accommodating on changes esp wiring.
One suggestion, if you have many pictures to hang on the wall have plywood put under the drywall. With Stratford it isn't very spendy and makes the discussions of where wall hangings go much smoother since you don't need to find a stud to hang from. Only prob with that is adding outlets gets a bit interesting.
All in all I would recommend Stratford any day of the week. Course ours is only 2 years old also.
