I have taken the carb off twice since I last posted yesterday. I took it apart and cleaned everything with carb solvent and run a torch cleaner through all the passages I could. I then used carb spray in the passages. It will only run on full choke and at least half throttle. It has a strong orangeish-blue spark at the coil. The instruction manual that I got with the kit is pretty vague. I used the settings that my owner manual says. I tried spraying around the intake manifold and carb with some carb spray and it did not change anything. I don't think I have a vacumm leak. I may try putting it in some boiling water like someone suggested. I would appreciate any other ideas. Thanks.
