Having a little Scot heritage in me too and I have to say, if you are done with those I'll take em cause I can see all kinds of things to use them on. Make good back up plates and stiffeners, weld em on to sumpin else and get more life out of em.. could also hang em from a couple of chains and let the wind make pretty music from em.. haha. all kinds of things. While I love straightening sheet metal, cleaning, and painting old tractors, I use every excuse to avoid working on the on the electrics. I find the whole process sheer mystery. I have picked up and attempted to read every auto and farm electrics book with no improvement in the situation. They all seem to start with a chapter entitled "Theory of Electricity".
