Well, I dove head first into the project of putting two Wisconsin TFD engines together to get a good one...
One of the engines was free, but had no carb and a few other things.
The other one is VERY badly stuck, but had everything I needed on it for the other one.
I got everything switched over, and the only thing that didn't work was the fuel pump, which I can easily fix, I think!
I took the carb off of the bad engine, and it just crumbled into a million pieces... Apparently it had water in it and cracked everything, and it is literally dust now...
Sooo, I need a carb. Here is what the tag on the broken one says: LZ 48 J2 11775
I think it is a Zenith L-48-J carb.. Found some info in one of my manuals and online that support this... Does anyone have one? Or at least one that would work?? I am in desperate need, because I was hoping to use the good engine on my baler... Let me know! Bryce
